This coffee was Independently tested by 3 SCAA certified cuppers, and it cups very highly – the highest by far of all washed Ethiopian coffees this high-volume broker carries. The flavor profile is Peach, Honey, Floral, Green Tea, and Citrus. I will be roasting these light roast only. This coffee is suitable for all applications, though the flavors may be a bit overwhelming in espresso – depending on your taste.
