These wet-hulled beans are an incredible blue color. Like a Sumatra, but cleaner and more complex. Some real nice undertones in here with flavors of vanilla bean and cinnamon, a little bit chocolatey, a thick syrupy body, lingering finish. Takes to dark roast well, bringing out slightly earthy, some brown sugar, and cedarwood notes without bitterness. These are my only beans that have a cult following. Good for filter and espresso.
